The announcement came during the closing ceremonies of the Pokémon World Championships 2024 in Hawaii, along with an exciting new trailer that showcased some of the app’s key features.
A New Way to Collect and Play
Pokémon TCG Pocket is an innovative new card collecting app that brings the excitement of the Pokémon Trading Card Game to your mobile device. The app lets users open virtual card packs using a touch screen, providing a hands-on feel similar to opening physical packs. Players will also be able to trade cards with other collectors, explore card art in a more immersive way than ever before, and build a digital collection.
One of the most exciting features teased in the trailer is the “Immersive Card” experience.
