Ironman:

Tony Stark is a genius billionaire, inventor, and founding member of the Avengers in the Marvel Universe. After a near-fatal injury during a weapons demonstration, Stark built a high-tech suit of armor to save his life and escape captivity. Transforming from arms dealer to hero, he refined his Iron Man armor into a powerful tool for justice. With unmatched intellect and technological innovation, Stark battles threats ranging from global terrorism to cosmic invasions. Behind the armor is a complex man driven by guilt, ambition, and redemption. His charisma, flaws, and courage make him one of Marvel’s most iconic heroes.
Cyborg:

Victor Stone is a superhero in the DC Universe, best known as a core member of the Teen Titans and later the Justice League. Once a promising student-athlete, Victor’s life changed forever after a catastrophic accident. To save him, his father, a scientist at S.T.A.R. Labs, fused Victor’s body with advanced alien and experimental technology, transforming him into Cyborg. Equipped with superhuman strength, flight, powerful weaponry, and the ability to interface with any computer system, he fights to protect a world that once feared him. Torn between man and machine, Cyborg seeks purpose, acceptance, and a place he can call home.
The Battle:
The night air in Neo-Shibuya pulsed with electricity. Neon advertisements rippled across skyscraper windows, casting a cyberpunk glow on the futuristic cityscape. The crowds had long since dispersed, evacuated after the initial warnings. Something big was coming—and it had nothing to do with nature. It was man-made. Or perhaps more than man.
Tony Stark, encased in his bleeding-edge Iron Man armor, hovered above a building shaped like a twisting spiral of glass. J.A.R.V.I.S. pinged alerts in his HUD.
“Incoming transdimensional breach confirmed. Hostile cybernetic energy signature detected. Probability of conflict: 97.4%.” Tony’s helmet snapped shut. “Always a party crasher, huh?” he muttered.
Below him, a swirling blue vortex tore open midair. Out stepped Victor Stone—Cyborg—his armor gleaming with alien circuitry and humming with Boom Tube energy. His red eye scanned the landscape, locking instantly onto Stark.
“I don’t want a fight, Iron Man,” Cyborg’s voice crackled through the comms, “but I can’t let you take control of the Aether Grid. It belongs to my Earth.”
Tony hovered down, his repulsors humming. “You punch through a dimension, show up uninvited, and accuse me of a hostile takeover? Victor, you need better travel etiquette.” With no warning, Iron Man opened fire.

A torrent of micro-missiles exploded from Stark’s shoulders, arcing toward Cyborg like a meteor shower. Cyborg activated a kinetic barrier just in time, the missiles detonating against a dome of flickering energy.
Before Iron Man could recalibrate, Cyborg returned fire. His sonic cannon burst forth with a focused beam of hyper-frequency energy, shattering several nearby windows and sending Stark flying backward through a neon billboard.
“You got upgrades,” Tony said, emerging from the wreckage. “So did I.”
Iron Man’s armor reconfigured midair. Nanobots shifted into a streamlined booster system, rocketing him toward Cyborg with a sonic boom. Their collision sent shockwaves through the buildings around them. Steel met cybernetic alloy in a high-speed aerial dogfight.
Cyborg’s systems tracked Iron Man’s movement, predicting attack vectors in real time. But Stark was no slouch—his predictive AI ran a billion calculations per second. Both combatants moved like phantoms, clashing above the skyline, neither gaining the upper hand.
Then Iron Man dove beneath Cyborg and unleashed a repulsor surge from both palms at point-blank range. Cyborg was hurled into a towering satellite spire, which exploded in a shower of sparks.
Cyborg emerged from the rubble, damaged but not down. His body reshaped and reconfigured, absorbing metal from the debris. New plating locked into place as he landed in the middle of Shibuya Crossing.
Iron Man followed, slamming into the ground and creating a small crater. Cyborg raised his arm. It morphed into a railgun. “Let’s see how well your armor holds up to Apokoliptian tech.”
The railgun fired a hypersonic spike laced with dark energy. It punctured Iron Man’s shoulder armor, forcing him to shed a portion of the suit.

“Okay, that hurt,” Stark said, coughing. “You’ve got some teeth.”
Iron Man responded with a gravity pulse emitter. The device crushed the ground beneath them and briefly pinned Cyborg to the pavement. With Victor immobilized, Iron Man charged his unibeam and fired it directly into Cyborg’s chest.
Smoke filled the air. For a moment, Stark thought he’d won. But then, from the smoke, Cyborg’s voice echoed: “Integrating StarkTech… done.” Suddenly, Iron Man’s systems began shutting down. J.A.R.V.I.S. stammered.
“Security breach. He’s inside the suit.” Cyborg had jacked into Tony’s systems through the unibeam energy, hacking him in real time. Stark collapsed to one knee. Inside the armor, the real fight began.
Cyborg projected his consciousness into Tony’s digital framework. The two minds clashed in a swirling field of data—firewalls and code fragments flying like sparks. Stark gritted his teeth.
“You think you’re the only technopath in town?”
Stark triggered a counter-hack—an artificial intelligence copy of his consciousness he called the Red Ghost Protocol. The digital AI version of Tony lunged at Cyborg’s presence in the neural net.
Their battle was fierce—one of precision code and rapid exploitation. Firewalls melted. Logic bombs exploded. Cyborg’s systems faltered, forcing him to pull back. The digital world collapsed, both minds returning to their bodies.
Iron Man regained control of his suit just in time.
Bruised and battered, both heroes rose. Tony’s armor was cracked and sparking. Cyborg’s core flickered erratically.
They rocketed into the sky, rising through Tokyo’s cloud layer. Lightning flashed around them.
“I respect you, Victor,” Stark said. “You’re brilliant. But I built this suit for gods and devils. And you’re just… an unfortunate tourist.”
Cyborg surged forward, channeling the last of his Boom Tube energy into one final blast. It collided with Iron Man’s chest—only for Tony’s armor to absorb it.
“Thanks for the charge,” he smirked.
Then, with a final command, Tony’s suit expanded into Hercules Mode—a hulking exo-frame that dwarfed Cyborg. With one massive punch, Stark shattered Cyborg’s cannon arm.
Cyborg reeled back. “You… you don’t understand what you’re risking.”
“Maybe,” Tony said. “But I never let someone else write the future for me.”
The next blow sent Cyborg hurtling back toward Earth. He crashed into the Tokyo Bay, short-circuiting beneath the waves.
Rescue drones pulled Victor from the water minutes later. Alive, but unconscious.
Tony stood at the edge of a rooftop, armor half-melted, watching the drones retreat. He tapped his helmet.
“J.A.R.V.I.S., log the report: Cyborg neutralized. Earth-Prime is secure.” “Noted. Shall I prepare a drink, sir?” “Make it a double.”
Winner: Iron Man

Despite Cyborg’s technological edge and raw firepower, Iron Man’s superior adaptability, strategic planning, and experience in both physical and cyber warfare allowed him to outmaneuver and ultimately defeat his DC Universe counterpart.
In the end, it wasn’t just armor that won the day—it was Stark’s mind.
