Obi-Wan Kenobi
One of the most iconic survivors, Obi-Wan went into hiding on Tatooine after faking his own death. He watched over Luke Skywalker from a distance, ensuring the young boy’s safety and training him later in the ways of the Force.
Yoda
The wise Grand Master Yoda managed to escape the purge and went into exile on the remote planet Dagobah. He continued to guide and train Luke Skywalker, becoming a crucial mentor to the young Jedi.
Kanan Jarrus (Caleb Dume)
After narrowly surviving Order 66 as a Padawan, Kanan went into hiding. He adopted the alias Kanan Jarrus and became a skilled Jedi Knight. He later became a central figure in the formation of the Rebel Alliance.
Ahsoka Tano
Ahsoka left the Jedi Order prior to Order 66 but was still hunted by the Empire due to her Force sensitivity. She evaded capture, going on to become a key figure in the early stages of the Rebel Alliance.
Cal Kestis
A character from the video game “Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order,” Cal survived Order 66 as a young Padawan. He went into hiding and struggled to master his abilities. The game follows his journey to rebuild the Jedi Order.
Baylon Skoll
Baylan Skoll is lightsaber-wielding mercenary for hire overseeing his apprentice Shin Hati. But make no mistake: although there was a time when Skoll knew the acclaimed Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, Baylan is no Jedi. Now allied to Morgan Elsbeth, the former Magistrate of Calodan, after the fall of the Jedi and the Empire, Skoll remains a shrewd fighter in search of power who believes that another war is inevitable.
Grogu
Also known as “The Child” or “Baby Yoda,” Grogu is a young member of Yoda’s species with strong Force abilities. He was trained at the Jedi Temple before the Clone Wars but survived Order 66 and was hidden for his safety.
The Grand Inquisitor
A prominent antagonist in the early seasons of “Star Wars Rebels,” the Grand Inquisitor was a former Jedi Temple Guard who became a Sith agent tasked with hunting down Jedi survivors.
The Inquisitors
A group of Force-sensitive agents trained by the Empire to hunt down and eliminate remaining Jedi after Order 66. They wielded double-bladed lightsabers and had various Force abilities.
Depa Billaba (Kanan Jarrus’ Master)
While injured during Order 66, Depa Billaba managed to survive with the help of her Padawan, Kanan Jarrus. She continued to influence his actions and decisions even after her apparent demise.
Rahm Kota
In the “Star Wars: The Force Unleashed” video game series, Rahm Kota survived Order 66 and formed the Militia, fighting against the Galactic Empire. He played a significant role in resisting Imperial control.
Kelleran Beq
Kelleran Beq was a Jedi Master who supervised Padawans as they went through their Jedi Trials. He was also the one who saved Grogu from being hunted down during Order 66.
Cere Junda
A former Jedi Knight turned rogue in “Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.” She helps the game’s protagonist, Cal Kestis, and struggles with her past.
Taron Malicos
Another character from “Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order,” Taron Malicos was a Jedi Master who became a dark side user after being stranded on the planet Dathomir.
Luminara Unduli
A skilled Jedi Master who fought in the Clone Wars and was known for her calm demeanor. She was captured and executed by the Empire.
Quinlan Vos
A complex character appearing in both legends and canon, Quinlan Vos was a Jedi Master known for his unorthodox methods and close relationship with Asajj Ventress.
Bode Akuna
Introduced in Jedi: Survivor, Bode Akuna was one of the few Jedi during The Clone Wars assigned to intelligence by the Jedi Council. Not only was Bode an expert liar and actor, but he also possessed Force concealment; an ability that allowed him to not be sensed by other Force-sensitives.
Gungi
A Wookiee Jedi Youngling who appeared in “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” animated series. He constructed his own lightsaber with a wooden hilt.
Jocasta Nu
A Jedi librarian who appeared in the prequel films and “Star Wars: The Clone Wars.” She was an expert in Jedi lore and artifacts.
Eno Cordova
Jedi Master Eno Cordova acted as Cere Junda’s Master when she was a Padawan. As a scholar, Cordova dedicated himself to studying the ancient Zeffo civilization.
Nari
A young Jedi at the time of Order 66, Nari is now a fugitive during the dark days of Imperial rule. He must keep his Jedi abilities a secret, to avoid the attention of the dangerous Inquisitors.
These survivors not only managed to escape the initial onslaught of Order 66 but also played crucial roles in shaping the events of the Galactic Civil War and some had a hand in the ultimate defeat of the Empire. Their resilience, resourcefulness, and commitment to the Jedi ideals stood as a testament to the enduring spirit of the Jedi Order, and others were able to use the force as a guide to their own fates. Whether they were good or bad the Jedi Order taught them important tools in their survival of Order 66.
